Contests
Contests are open to anyone 13-years of age or older. Random drawings are based on a randomly picked number for each prize level of the contest, and are unbiased in everyway. Prizes are offered as is with no exchanges. We assume no liability for the prizes, as they are given to us from record labels.
The only time we disclose information gathered during contests is if a record label is hosting the contest and will be mailing out the prizes.
ALL contest entry information is secure, and deleted IMMEDIATELY after prizes are drawn.
Message Board
Message board is open for all to join, at any age. Users under 13 years of age must have the consent of their parent/guardian, which you acknowledge having when you begin use of the board, deeming us free of any liability from anything generating from the board.
Being the board is a free forum, you use it at your own risk, and we do not take responsibility for anything posted or any actions resulting from use of the board.
While preserving free speech that the internet allows, we foster a community free to offer opinions and chatter. Any discrimination or harassment of ANY kind is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban of the user.
Artist/Band/Label
We cover a diverse range of music on Soundnova.com, and are always open to hearing and covering new bands. We do not accept MP3 or streaming audio to preview your band.
